Compensation Overview

Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $125,000+

Experience & Qualifications Needed :

• Sales Experience – Previous sales success (automotive a plus, but not required), ready to make an immediate impact.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using digital tools to reach customers via video, text, and email in a friendly, professional way.
• Customer-First Mindset – A passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships that drive repeat and referral business – including relationship through entire automotive journey, ie, service, upgrades, parts etc
• Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presence and positive attitude.
• Team Player – Works well independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Adaptable Learner – Willing to learn, grow, and embrace change in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Professional & Dependable – Valid driver’s license with a clean record, flexible availability (including Saturdays), and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
