Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of AML analysts, providing coaching and support for their growth

Review and approve complex investigations, ensuring compliance with AML policies and standards

Drive operational excellence by monitoring team metrics and proposing improvements to processes

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in AML / CTF, including 2+ years in crypto AML

1-2+ years in a team leadership role within an operational environment

Expertise in AML controls, typologies, and compliance frameworks

Experience in conducting investigations and preparing regulatory reports

Proficient with crypto on-chain analytics tools
