Key Responsibilities
Oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision
Stay updated on loan program guidelines and federal / state regulations
Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history
Robust knowledge of FNMA / FHLMC and FHA / VA programs
Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
