Valid driver's license. General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures. Coachable and eager to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad / cell phone. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects. Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces. Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher. Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
