Entry- Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track)
Who this is for
This role is for early‑career people who want a long‑term sales path, not just a summer job.
You might be coming from retail, fast food, serving, warehouse / blue‑collar work, customer service, or you skipped / left college and want a real career.
You start with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp (6 days / week, in‑person, door‑to‑door). If you hit expectations and like the work, this continues as an ongoing, quota‑carrying sales role with a clear leadership track, not an
internship.
This is not a chill job. It’s long hours, outdoors, talking to strangers and hearing “no” a lot. If that turns you off, don’t apply.
What you’ll do
- Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control services
- Use a proven script to present, handle objections, and close new customers
- Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp, typically 8-10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoors
- Attend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team lead
- After ramp : run your own territory as an ongoing rep, hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas agreed with your manager
- Track your activity and results like a business : doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions.
