[job_card.job_description]$45-$55 per hour, based on experience Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled OT services focused on ADLs, functional mobility, and safety Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered goals Educate residents, families, and caregivers as appropriate Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to quality care and positive resident outcomes
