A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information

Achieve key performance metrics and manage the patient assessment process to grow business

Educate facilities and patients about services, maintain records, and participate in team meetings

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience

Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
