Job Description

LHH is seeking a Payroll Clerk for our client in Burbank, CA. Key duties include collecting and verifying timekeeping information, entering data into payroll systems, preparing paychecks, resolving payroll discrepancies, and responding to employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in ADP and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities :

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
  • Collect, review, and verify timekeeping records and attendance data
  • Enter and update employee payroll information in the payroll system
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Pay Details : $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
