Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce and Contact Center projects, ensuring alignment across functional teams
Oversee Salesforce platform implementation and enhancements, ensuring compliance with federal standards
Drive continuous improvements in contact center operations by analyzing business processes and implementing technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
PMP Certification and Salesforce Certifications (Administrator and Service Cloud)
Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and platform integrations
Experience managing contact center operations and solutions like NICE CXone or Amazon Connect
Strong background in solution architecture and Agile methodologies
