Web Experience Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Web Experience & Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and continuous improvement of the ODUGlobal website to support enrollment goals

Collaborate with university colleagues and external vendors on web projects and content enhancement

Utilize user feedback and analytics to drive ongoing website improvements and ensure user accessibility

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience

Considerable knowledge of communications, marketing, and branding principles

Working knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and user interface design

Experience with content management systems and graphic design tools

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and provide leadership to team members
