What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience with POS systems and computer data entry Excellent communication skills A cheerful, positive attitude A passion for providing outstanding customer service Previous experience in the DME or healthcare retail world preferred ???? What You’ll Be Doing Answering incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth Greeting customers and helping them find what they need Assessing customer needs and assisting with product questions Entering new customer information accurately into our system Collecting all required documentation from customers Generating orders and ensuring billing accuracy Entering product information and helping maintain proper profit margins Obtaining written physician orders as needed for insurance Processing purchase order exception reports Completing insurance verification to confirm eligibility ????
