What You’ll Be Doing Answering incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth Greeting customers and helping them find what they need Assessing customer needs and assisting with product questions Entering new customer information accurately into our system Collecting all required documentation from customers Generating orders and ensuring billing accuracy Entering product information and helping maintain proper profit margins Obtaining written physician orders as needed for insurance Processing purchase order exception reports Completing insurance verification to confirm eligibility ????
