General or Pediatric Dentist in Orlando, FL

We’re a thriving pediatric dental practice in Orlando, FL, seeking a full-time General Dentist with pediatric experience or a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment with two established locations in the same city. Open to new grads and experienced providers.

Schedule : Full Time across two offices

Compensation :

• Competitive daily rate guaranteed for the first 3 months
• Paid as daily rate or percentage of collections , whichever is higher
• Ongoing compensation based on percentage of collections

Pediatric Dentist – Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive dental care to children, including exams, fillings, extractions, and preventive treatments

Diagnose and treat oral conditions using x-rays and diagnostic tools

Administer local anesthesia and sedation as needed

Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Develop individualized treatment plans and perform minor oral surgeries

Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety regulations

Qualifications :

D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Adherence to ADA, state, and office protocols
