• Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm with no call
• 16 - 20 patients per day
• Skilled nursing facility
• Regulatory visits required with MD oversight every 60 days
• 3 month minimum assignment with strong extension potential
• Adults only patient population
• Hospital privileges required
