Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (New Grads Welcome To Apply)

NEW Medical Oncology / Hematology APP (NP or PA) Outpatient Clinic Setting

Full-time Monday Friday Days No nights or weekends

Join a collaborative oncology care team within a respected regional health system. This is a rewarding outpatient position supporting both clinic and infusion services perfect for an experienced APP or a new graduate seeking strong mentorship.

Position Highlights

Schedule : 3 days / week in one clinic, 2 days / week in a nearby infusion center

Daytime hours only no nights, weekends, or call

See 6 8 patients per day once fully trained

Fridays are solo APP days (MD available by phone)

Outpatient only no inpatient coverage

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $107K $151K (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000

Relocation Assistance : $3,000

Loan Repayment : $15,000 annually after one year of employment

PTO : 5 weeks + 56 hours of sick leave

CME Allowance : $1,500

Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage
