Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire People Operations teams to provide HR customer service focused on Mobility & Recognition and Leave & Benefits
Partner with leadership to develop efficiencies that align HR strategies with business goals
Act as a point of contact for complex employee inquiries and manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of related experience without a degree
Seven or more years of HR generalist or specialist experience, particularly in HR systems and employee experience
Experience in project management, change management, or continuous improvement is preferred
Knowledge of case management systems, such as ServiceNow, is a plus
Experience with HRIS / HCM systems, like PeopleSoft, is advantageous
