Boca Sparkle Cleaning Services is expanding in South Florida and is seeking experienced independent cleaning contractors to take on residential and short-term rental cleaning jobs in the Boca Raton area.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role , not an employee position. Contractors keep 50% of each completed cleaning job , with payment issued promptly after service completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform residential and small commercial cleaning services
  • Handle standard cleanings, deep cleans, move-in / move-out, and rental turnovers
  • Follow Boca Sparkle cleaning checklists and quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients when on site
  • Report job completion through our system

Compensation

  • 50% of each cleaning job
  • Typical jobs range based on size and service type
  • Steady job flow available (no marketing required)
  • You choose which jobs to accept

    • Contractor Requirements

  • Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
  • Ability to provide proof of General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and valid ID
  • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning
  • Ability to supply your own basic cleaning tools and products
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
