Account Servicing Specialist (Admin)

The Account Servicing Specialist (Admin) will be responsible for performing tasks which support the Loan Servicing division.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Accurately document accounts with any pertinent information and / or updates.
• Prepare and submit payment deferment and due date change correspondence.
• Initiate repossession efforts on designated accounts.
• Communicate with repossession agents to provide new information and obtain updates on assignments.
• Responsible for following up on the impound notifications.
• Prepare and submit the impound documents for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements :

Salary : $16.90 - $21 per hour
