A company is looking for a Leave Management Administrator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day Leave of Absence (LOA) administration and support Leave Management Specialists
Develop and maintain professional client relationships while providing accurate reporting on the leave process
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations related to leave administration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Five years of experience in Human Resources or general office administration, preferably with disability management or FMLA administration
Experience in a fast-paced professional environment with multiple deadlines
Strong technology skills in benefit administration, payroll, or HRIS reporting
Knowledge of employer compliance regulations related to leave of absence administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel; Spanish language skills are a plus
