FINRA Licensed Value Stream Owner

A company is looking for a Value Stream Owner to define and execute the strategic roadmap for a designated value stream.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation, prioritization, and management of the Value Stream roadmap

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to size, scope, and sequence initiatives aligned with business objectives

Serve as the primary point of contact for decisions related to the value stream's scope and priorities

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in the recordkeeping or financial services industry

6-8 years of experience within software development frameworks, preferably Agile, Scrum, or SAFe

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

FINRA fingerprinting required
