Assignment Details / Requirements :

Current Board Certification required

ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required

Practice setting : Inpatient, Outpatient

Average 50 patients per day

Generalist support

Case Mix : Complete Ortho, complex Vascular, Head / Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic

Facility details : EMR : Epic, Level 1 Trauma facility, 720 beds, 24 ORs, Stroke certified facility

Support Staff : PA / NP : 3

Estimated Credentialing timeline : 90-120 days
