Reports To : Management

Job Type : Full-Time | Permanent

Salary Range : $20.50

Schedule : Monday–Friday (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Languages : English | Bilingual preferred

Position Summary

Responsible for repairing faults in finished products by following detailed instructions based on prior diagnostics and analysis completed by the test technician. This role ensures all products meet quality and performance standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary analysis of products to identify defects, faults, or performance issues.
• Diagnose and repair faults in finished products in accordance with established procedures.
• Document all repairs performed, including root causes, corrective actions, and parts used.
• Verify product functionality after repairs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate recurring issues or complex faults to the test technician or supervisor for further evaluation.
