[job_card.job_description]Ensure quality care by adhering to physician standards. Provide in-home care to patients. Prepare and maintain clinical notes for medical records. Perform assigned tasks, including administering treatments, medications, and assessing overall health. Communicate with case managers and physicians as necessary. Complete both electronic and paper documentation in compliance with state and federal standards. Engage in required continuing education. Must be a licensed and registered LPN. CPR certification is required. Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance is essential. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a fit-to-work physical, and be free from communicable diseases.
