Handle renewals, endorsements, claims, and rewrites. Provide policy explanations, claims guidance, and ongoing client service. Maintain accurate records in the Agency Management System. Prospect and initiate new business sales Client retention services via the client outreach program. Active New Jersey P&C License required. 2+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency, including both personal and commercial lines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate Proficiency in agency management systems (EZLynx, Applied, TAM, or similar).
