Job Title : Dental Hygienist

Location : Litchfield Park, AZ

Job Type : Part-Time (Monday–Thursday and every other Friday)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, flexible, and passionate about oral health education. A minimum of 2 years of clinical hygiene experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling / root planing (SRP)
• Take high-quality diagnostic digital x-rays
• Administer local anesthetic as needed
• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
• Educate patients on preventive oral health care and treatment options
• Provide fluoride treatments and apply sealants when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix software
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized operatory

Qualifications :

Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license

Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

Minimum of 2 years of clinical hygiene experience preferred

Proficiency in Dentrix software a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient-centered care

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
