Job Summary : Experienced administrative assistant to support managers and other administrative staff. Primarily will be supporting Transportation Market Group.

Essential Duties :

• Computer literate in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Outlook with excellent production ability.
• Document scanning and ability to learn M-Files with prescribed naming conventions and the ability to file and retrieve scanned documents.
• Accurate transcription of letters and documents.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and scanner.
• Ability to work for several different managers and to prioritize work.
• Work encompasses general office duties including client contact and mail delivery and pick-up, other deliveries as required.
• Ability to learn to set up conference calls, Teams, Skype, Zoom and video conferencing meetings.
