Base salary up to $125,000 + 20% annual bonus target Full benefits + 401(k) Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Potential to continue with the organization beyond the assignment, although not guaranteed
Site Operations Manager (Full-time, ~12-Month Assignment)
Location : Wampum, PA
We are partnering with a confidential manufacturing client in the Wampum, PA area to identify a Site Operations Manager for a full-time, ~12-month assignment. This is a hands-on leadership role at a small, well-established production facility with a long-tenured team, focused on improving execution, communication, and operational performance during a period of transition.
About the Role : As Site Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, guide a small onsite team, and collaborate closely with both hourly and salaried employees to ensure safe, consistent, and reliable output. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on visibility, clear communication, and the ability to guide a team through change.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily operations across production, safety, and workforce engagement.
- Collaborate with shift leaders to reinforce consistency, expectations, and best practices.
- Drive accountability, communication, and alignment across the team.
- Maintain safe work practices and operational discipline.
- Utilize basic software systems for reporting, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
