Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow IRM Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities :

Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules, including workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.

Lead solution design, estimate efforts, and perform cost-benefit analysis.

Maintain CMDB and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Tailor solutions to meet client requirements and project budgets.

Required Skills & Experience :

3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules.

Strong JavaScript, RESTful API, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS skills.

Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and web technologies.

5+ years working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments; experience with tools like Rally.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Certifications :

BS / MS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
