    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President & Chief Enterprise Systems Officer to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of clinical and business application systems across the organization. This pivotal role demands visionary leadership, deep technical acumen, and a proven track record in implementing complex enterprise systems, particularly within healthcare environments. The VP & CESO will oversee application services, ensuring that the platforms support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include executing a forward-looking application strategy, leading enterprise application initiatives, and driving innovation to align technology with clinical and business objectives. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and 7 to 10 years of related experience in enterprise application leadership, particularly in a healthcare system environment. The role requires a leader with strong skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, and a proven ability to manage and optimize the full lifecycle of enterprise applications. The VP & CESO will also be responsible for maintaining robust governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a valid license or certification as needed and will be adept at stakeholder and vendor engagement, as well as leading digital health strategy alignment.
