Job Description
Drive a company vehicle, to deliver or pick up client samples and packages within a specified area. Directly reports to Client Service Supervisor, Client Ambassador or Director of Operations.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate on a routed schedule for pick up and/or delivery of materials within established timeframes
- Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
- Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with company regulations
- Use of automatic routing or location software, such as a GPS, provided by the company.
- Ensure that compliance to ISO 17025 standards is maintained
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Valid Drivers License Required
- Clean driving record Required
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Is punctual, reliable, and exercises good judgment
- Ability to interact with clients as a responsible representative of the company

- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced, highly professional environment.

- Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches/50 centimeters or less) Required
- Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet/6 meters or more) Required
- Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given post) Required
- Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distance and three-dimensional relationship) Required
