As part of our growth initiative, we are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Business Development Representative (Uzbek & English speaking) to promote and develop our comprehensive range of global logistics services to our potential customers in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey USA territories.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business presence and customer bases, fostering strong business/partnership relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and pioneer new partnerships acquisitions.
- Thrive on achieving and surpassing established targets and goals for assigned territories developements, and sales metrics.
- Train new partners to ensure sucessful onboarding of our partners/agents.
- Consult, educate, and simplify logistics practices, become a trusted advisor and a liasion between external and internal stakeholders.
- Lead compelling business presentations, and sales pitch with small-medium-sized businesses and/or franchise owners.
- Partner seamlessly with operations, marketing, and IT departments for exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Take the lead in coordinating, developing, and managing all aspects of account mangement, and nurturing existing business relationships.
- Create, review, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support Company's strategic decision-making.
- Develop robust business development plan to expand our partnerships, fostering growth and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful business development, account management, and sales experience within logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability close partnerships and effectively communicate with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel within USA territories as required.
