Job Description : SUMMARY :
- We are looking for a collaborative team player who will support the tactical execution of Client’s Retail Media Network, Client Media.
- This role requires someone who exhibits strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excels at driving efficiency.
- The Digital Media Coordinator’s responsibilities include spearheading all financial processes for client Media as well as keeping internal systems up to date.
- This role will work closely with the Sales and Account Management team while collaborating with other internal teams (ex. Finance).
- Client is looking for an enterprise thinker who is always looking to improve processes and isn’t afraid to call out areas of opportunity.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manages client Media team monthly financial forecasting process by collaborating with the client Media sales team on their individual and team revenue goalsLeads contracting process with client Media’s brand partners to bill media campaigns accurately and efficientlyHelps with collections of outstanding paymentsMaintains organization across internal tools such as Advendio, SAP, Monday.com, and SharePointTakes initiative to partner across the Client organization to compile data as well as identify and solve any billing discrepanciesPulls reporting to help with business development and areas of opportunity for the client Media sales teamREQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION :
BA / BS in Marketing or Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years of experience in a Client services or finance and billing related roleProficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce is a plusHigh attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAdvanced problem-solving skillsExperience working effectively in a team atmosphere as well as independentlyMust be able to work under time constraints and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills; verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
