In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, connecting with potential claimants who respond to our dynamic marketing campaigns. Your goal is to guide these individuals using a structured qualification script and book consultations with our licensed legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from leads generated through innovative legal outreach campaigns (web, email, SMS).
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to re-engage unconverted leads or confirm scheduled appointments.
- Guide callers through a structured eligibility script while accurately capturing their responses.
- Schedule qualified claimants with the appropriate legal professionals using our efficient platform.
- Record and update call outcomes, dispositions, and detailed notes in our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with call-handling protocols, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., maintaining an Average Handle Time under 15 minutes).
- Escalate complex or non-routine calls following established procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise :
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, appointment setting, or customer service role.Strong background in both inbound and outbound call handling is preferred.Familiarity with the insurance, legal, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling platforms is essential.About Virtual Staffing Solutions :
