As our next Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and expanding partnerships with VP-level sourcing and supply chain executives across diverse industries from energy and infrastructure to transportation and heavy manufacturing. Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership : Lead and implement strategic sales initiatives across North America, focusing on solution-based selling and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients.
• Client Engagement : Actively listen and respond to client needs, tailoring Zetwerk's solutions to meet specific objectives. Develop and maintain strong connections with VP-level sourcing and supply chain executives.
• Strategic Influence : Collaborate with various departments, including purchasing, quality, and engineering, to influence decision-making processes within client organizations.
• Negotiation and Presentation : Skillfully craft and deliver presentations, quotations, and negotiate supply agreements to secure new business opportunities.
• Pipeline Management : Bring your own established pipeline of contacts and opportunities to accelerate growth and drive immediate impact in the market.
• Market Expansion : Identify and engage key decision-makers, blockers, and influencers within target organizations, opening new avenues for business where none existed before.
• Industry Representation : Represent Zetwerk Manufacturing USA Inc. at trade shows and industry events, enhancing our visibility and reputation.
• Forecasting and Planning : Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to streamline supply chain operations and ensure smooth business processes.
