[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or sales support role Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical or technical field Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Experience identifying and developing new sales opportunities, including cold calling and lead follow-up Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and product demonstrations with clients Familiarity with B2B sales environments and e-commerce platforms Proficient in using standard office equipment and tools, including Microsoft Office Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently Willingness to travel occasionally as needed

Description : Job Purpose :
Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers. Seek new distribution for Milton where applicable and / or assigned. Add new product categories and additional products where applicable for all customers. Offer customer service and technical assistance.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Identifies revenue opportunities within customers through communications, programs, and other activities as needed.
- Ensures prospect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all levels.
- Responds to requests from customers for information and other needs.
- Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
- Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce channels.
- Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Work with accounts and ensure their websites have the most current A+ content.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and use of CRM.
