Description : Job Purpose :

Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers. Seek new distribution for Milton where applicable and / or assigned. Add new product categories and additional products where applicable for all customers. Offer customer service and technical assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Identifies revenue opportunities within customers through communications, programs, and other activities as needed.
• Ensures prospect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all levels.
• Responds to requests from customers for information and other needs.
• Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
• Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce channels.
• Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Work with accounts and ensure their websites have the most current A+ content.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and use of CRM.
