4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical roles

Experience in fast-paced, competitive environments such as later-stage startups

Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Strong understanding of candidate needs and recruitment strategies

Familiarity with the AI talent landscape is a plus
