[job_card.job_description]Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Perform case-related management and administrative functions as assigned Collaborate on management of firm calendar of events Interact with the clients, courts and opposing parties 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel Previous experience with document and / or case management software, including time and billing is required Knowledge in Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is a plus Conveys confidence in person, phone and in Court Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their challenging times Proactive and organized team player Go-getter with a strong work ethic At least 3 years of recent experience in Wills and Estate matters. Familiarity with NJ civil procedure (required), PA civil procedure (preferred). Detail-oriented quality and precision-focused Outcome-oriented results-focused with a strong performance culture Stable traditional, stable, strong processes Team-oriented cooperative and collaborative Honesty – Instills respect for all and is ethical / trustworthy in all of the firm’s actions
