We’re looking for a visionary Creative Strategy Director to help bring the Ironclad brand to life. In this role, you’ll own strategy, storytelling, writing, and creative content that shifts perception, drives awareness, and grows customer affinity. You’ll help craft a standout brand through bold campaigns, social media, talent branding, and thought leadership. This is a highly creative and strategic role for a leader who can turn complex ideas into compelling stories, experiment with new approaches, and strengthen Ironclad’s position as the AI category leader. We are looking for an outstanding creative writer, thinker, and do-er to complement our team.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Content Leadership & Social Media Excellence

Write compelling video scripts, narratives, and own all touchpoints for creative campaigns

Create perception-shifting content that goes beyond traditional campaigns, including video, written content, social media, podcasts, and emerging formats that capture attention and drive engagement

Lead our social media team & strategy across platforms, with particular focus on engaging, standout creative that drives conversations

Cross-Functional Brand Activation

Partner with communications to drive executive thought leadership and earned media coverage.

Collaborate with growth marketing and PMM to infuse emotive storytelling into product launches, events, campaigns, and pipeline-driving initiatives.

Work with recruiting and HR to strengthen Ironclad’s talent brand - ensuring consistency across candidate touchpoints and reinforcing Ironclad’s AI leadership.

Champion customer storytelling that highlights impact and builds trust with enterprise audiences.

Exceptional Writing Skills : You're a master wordsmith who can craft everything from snappy social media posts to in-depth thought leadership articles that captivate and inform

Powerful Storytelling : Strong creative instincts for content, with the ability to brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams to produce breakthrough work

Cross-Functional Leadership : Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority, building brand champions throughout the organization

Innovation Mindset : Natural experimenter who stays curious about new platforms, technologies, and creative approaches

Base Salary Range

Base Salary Range : $220,000.00 - $260,000.00. The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
