Experience : Minimum 1 year in outpatient pediatric setting

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Must-Have :

Experience in adaptive equipment

Experience with cerebral palsy and developmental delays

Familiarity with early intervention programs

Experience with home exercise programs

Knowledge of individualized programs, Medicaid, and milestone assessments

Familiarity with orthotics and safety / injury prevention techniques

Ability to recognize signs and symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse

Experience with spina bifida and torticollis

Description :

Seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a day shift position.

This role involves working with infants and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.

The therapist will provide evaluations and treatment to address developmental delays and other pediatric diagnoses.

Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans and educating families on care strategies.

No weekend or call requirements are involved.

The therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Experience with charting systems is preferred.

This position does not require floating to different units.

The daily patient census averages around 11.

The role focuses on enhancing the functional mobility and overall quality of life for pediatric patients.
