Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be part of the Change & Project Management department supporting various business verticals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving organizational change, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Chicago, Illinois or Houston, TX

Pay Range : $50-$55 / hr DOE plus benefits

What's the Job?

• Create and execute detailed change management plans to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption
• Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Guide cross-functional teams in transitioning from current to future business states
• Build effective relationships with senior leaders and project teams, providing coaching and support
• Lead change management interventions including communications, training, and engagement activities
