Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Position Summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 5am- 1 : 30 PM or until the work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication. Provides measurable feedback, suggestions for improved performance and recognition for achievements.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of policies and procedures. Continually enforces productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Check in product completely and accurately

Pick product for daily deliveries along with special deliveries

Inspect and physically count returned merchandise

Salary Range : $26.00-$27.00 per hour

U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
