This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

IT AMS Program Director - Auto Finance

Program Leadership - Direct end-to-end Application Maintenance Services (AMS) for auto finance applications, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.

Customer Engagement - Act as the primary executive contact for client leadership in Plano, building trusted relationships and driving satisfaction.

Domain Expertise - Leverage deep knowledge of Auto Finance (loan origination, servicing, collections, compliance) to align IT operations with business needs.

Service Delivery Management - Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management with defined SLAs and high customer responsiveness.

Team Management - Lead and mentor global delivery teams (onsite, nearshore, offshore) of engineers, analysts, and service managers.

Transformation

Optimization - Drive automation, AI / GenAI adoption, DevOps, and shift-left strategies to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency.

Financial

Contract Governance - Manage budgets, forecasts, cost optimization, and contractual compliance for AMS engagements.

Stakeholder Reporting - Provide executive dashboards, metrics (defect density, MTTR, SLA adherence), and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Risk

Compliance Management - Ensure IT operations adhere to SOX, PCI, data privacy, and regulatory requirements specific to Auto Finance.

Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for value-based delivery, productivity improvements, and roadmap alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the delivery of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Develop and implement program management methodologies, processes, and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, risks, and issues.

Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills :

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

15+ years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of successful delivery.

Strong understanding of delivery management principles and practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
