What You’ll Do

Deliver safe, resident-centered care

Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families

Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff

Requirements

Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standings with no restrictions

CPR certification

Long-term care experience preferred
