Job Title : Fullstack Developer (12-Month Contract - Hybrid)
Location : Atlanta, GA (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Contract Duration : 12 months Rate : $40$45 / hr
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer on a 12-month contract basis to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role requires strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, database management, and API integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with UI / UX designers and other engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions, ensure code quality through best practices, and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack. This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA requiring the candidate to be on-site 3 days per week with 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive interfaces.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and / or GraphQL services.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for best practices and maintainability.
Write clear, maintainable documentation and follow coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies : JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
Strong experience in server-side development : Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or Ruby on Rails.
Hands-on experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred :
Experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Experience in agile development environments.
Familiarity with test automation and unit testing frameworks.
