  • Billing, A / R, A / P, and GL management and entries
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Manage local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Document business processes and policies to maintain internal controls
  • Some administrative duties such as petty cash resolution and more

Requirements

What you can bring to us :

  • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficient with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of Excel and Quickbooks or other financial software.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, and / or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Two years of accounting experience required.
