Title : Sr. Procurement Specialist

Location : Alameda, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range : $38 / hr to $41 / hr (On W2)

We are looking for a "Sr. Procurement Specialist" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary :

The Sr. Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing purchasing strategies, supporting the "One Procurement" model, and ensuring strong collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. This role manages procurement activities, resolves issues related to cost, quality, and specifications, and has the authority to commit company funds. The specialist also drives process improvements, enhances supplier partnerships, and contributes to cost savings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

CPM certification desired and 3- 4 years of Procurement experience.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Professional experience including Procurement, Category Management, or Project Management Finance experience including Financial Benchmarking, Spend Management, Savings Tracking, or Cost Breakdowns Analytical experience including GAP Analytics, Regression Analytics, Outlier Analytics, Scenario Planning, or Forward Modelling Supplier Experience including supplier Selection, Supplier Relationship Management, Capability Matrixes, or Contracting Proficiency.

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
