Constellation West is looking for a seasoned Scientist or Engineer with experience analyzing the interaction of specific critical infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate must have advanced nuclear / CBRN survivability knowledge, including DODI3150.09. DODI 3730.01, CJCS Instructions– 3222.01, 6210.01, 6810.01, 6811.01, PPD-35; PPD-24; PPD-40; and SI 501-2. This position is essential and will collaborate with a highly knowledgeable and experienced team to enhance USSTRATCOM's capabilities in planning and executing Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) operations. This effort aims to fulfill the objectives delineated in the National Defense Strategy.

Position Requirements :

Active TS Clearance with eligibility for immediate SCI & SAR is required.

Experience with Nuclear Command & Control (NC2 / NC3) is required

At least 5 years of experience in the following :

• As a scientist or engineer analyzing the interaction of complex systems of critical infrastructure, including :

Understanding of the technical, engineering, and physical interaction of CBRN threats to critical infrastructure
