Job Title : Phlebotomist
Job Description
Exhibit proficiency in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, including pediatric blood collections and handling difficult draws in medical office buildings. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, along with the ability to communicate their importance effectively to other employees. Additionally, the phlebotomist must possess the skills necessary to provide orientation and training for patient service tasks.

Work Environment
This is an on-call, per diem position requiring availability for 12-hour shifts across all times of day, including weekends. The phlebotomist must be willing to work at multiple locations including Riverside, Wildomar, Temecula, and Moreno Valley. Due to a union agreement, contingent workers are scheduled based on available shifts from same-day call outs. The dress code requires scrubs, and the work environment involves traveling to different locations as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00 / hr.
