$2,000 after 90-days of employment with final $2,000 after 1-year of employment.

1st round of automation completed in March 2025. 2nd round to begin November 2025.

Maintenance Technician 3rd shift

MTNA - ETERNITY SYSTEMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in York, PA, USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our washing and sanitizing industry equipment and facilities. This is a full-time 3rd shift, regular employment position that requires hands-on expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Shift Hours 10 : 00pm-6 : 30 M-F with Saturday on rotation for PMs.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial washing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.

First installation of automation has been completed. Two more sections of automation are scheduled before the end of the calendar year. Safety & Continuous improvement are top priorities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who meets the following criteria :

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in York, PA, USA.
